Founded in 2004.
Responsible for the implementation, the coordination, the promotion of the programme in Lebanon as well as the monitoring of the running projects.

Provides assistance for all candidates to projects financed by the programme.

Located at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education at the Unesco palace.

Represented by Dr Aref Alsoufi, national coordinator of the programme
