Tempus@20 Conference held in Belgrade Serbia on 29-30 March 2011 and attended by 3 representatives from Lebanon.

It is to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the EU Tempus programme that started in 1990 for Eastern Europe following the fall of the Berlin wall. (A publication in this occasion is also attached)
